This gem has been made redundant.
The heal-on-block mechanic was good because it could scale with your density changes.
Now it's a single factor (regen doesn't scale with enemies, from my knowledge) with an abysmal value (4% in current 3.16 patch notes).

One word to characterize this: despise.

Completely unusable.
Divergent is expensive as hell(And pointless with Mistress of Sacrifice if you already have 75/75 block) and superior add casting speed for my melee skelies, melee reaper melee golem, nice.
