How hard did it become to manage sincer 1.1.0 ? Ive never actually play a ranger since OB (LA ranger) but I wanted to make one my main on the new league..is this build still viable?

Is the frenzy gem indispensable? With Blood rage, the Frenzy's charges up to 5 quickly.
Have you try a burning arrow or poison arrow for single shot? |
