please make a 1-week race with these mods but also add famine and a new mod: permanent chaos damage over time effect in all zones except town and at least 1 perpetus per instance (max 10) who fracture into smaller perpetuses and koles with 'bringer of fragility' mod

You don't get credit for dead toons in this race at all. Only in EL and DC races. Read the OP might help. ;)

First BLAMT race and got this on the raffle for my troubles :) Fun race type.
