DC - disconnect
OP - overpowered

Sad information.

@Rhox
What would you going to do now? Start the same from over, or what?
holy sh*t ... :(
RIP :(
Enough with the RIP chatter, this is a build discussion thread. Did anyone get a chance to critique my build for the changes I made to OP's?

Is the nerf to groudslam stunning enemies gonna affect this build?

What nerf? Care to link source? Haven't heard anything about it, is it because of kripp's new stun build?
I'm creating new marauder on softcore. I will use this build. Thanks for posting it.

Only thing I don't get is that usually when you DC, or leave (like logout) or alt+f4 doesnt it go inmediately?

this might sound very lame if you do either of them, but if you think about it it rly isnt, cuz usually when you die, its cuz one a one shot or it goes so fast you dont even realize it before its too late.

But the good parts about it should be that when you DC, ur out inmediately, same goes for Alt+f4 or logout.
did this change or am I missing something? I understand dying from lagg or dsyncs but not DC?

that aside, I dont mind dying normally but I would rage hard when I die to something that is out of my control. I cant imagine how you must feel as nr1 on ladder where 1 level takes few days of hardcore farming...

there wasnt any other way of you dying besides shitty dc.

GGG should really reroll these things.
You should pm them ...

What do you guys think of this modified build I made using the same basic structure and same number of points as OP?

OP's build uses 8 points to get Diamond Skin and Iron Reflexes. I figured that out of 8 points, only 2 nodes were basically of major use to the build. Basically I can sum up the results of both builds:

OP's build using his 8 nodes:
-60 Dexterity
-15% all resistances
-All evasion rating turns into armor

My version that takes out those stats mentioned for another 8 nodes instead:
-43% armor
-2% attack speed
-18% all resistances
-0.8% of life regenerated per second

There are pros and cons to each variation. The pros of more dexterity means higher skill gems he uses that are dex based (such as increased attack speed). Also, obviously, the evasion rating turning into armor can be a big boost to armor if you have the right stats on your gear. However, could 43% armor be more beneficial? 18% to resistances is only a 3% increase so it's not much but it's better than 15% nonetheless. 2% increased attack speed is practically meaningless but maybe it could make up for SOME of the difference that the dex would benefit the increased attack speed gem. The 0.8% increased life regenerated per second seems pretty cool to me as that translates to a good amount later on. Another pro of this modification to the build is that the nodes I chose are already next to the main path everyone would choose on the tree who follows OP. This means quicker rewards for choosing my alternative instead of waiting a few level ups.

Tell me what you guys think! Thanks :)
