Any thoughts on grabbing the charisma cluster for 20% reduced mana reservation total. Using prism guardian you'd be able to run 3 auras on life. That's 7 skill points for 2 additional auras.

Prism guardian has 49% all resist. Only issue is the base ES is very low. But running discipline almost makes up for it.

With this setup you can run:

Grace
Hatred
Discipline
Wrath
Aura of your choice


The main benefit being that you can run wrath to allow for shock stacking fun. What do you think? Too many skill points for a limited benefit? or possible variation

My dps increased after replacing the phys damage nodes with crit multipliers as well with a 90% crit chance. I was also somewhat sad about only three auras and no prism guardian, also wondering if prism guardian would be acceptable.

Is frenzy for the sole purpose of Frenzy charges? I've tried this out and currently my spec only allows for 3 charges and no increased duration.

Vaal Pact just nerfed to the ground... thoughts?

Yeah the vaal pact patch is complete garbage, I'm hoping it doesn't ruin this build. 60% reduced life is still doable if you have heavily stacked life leech, but this nerf makes me sadder than cwdt. If CoE and shavs/other low life build items drop in price I'll be extra sad based on how much I put into 6linking and obtaining them.

OP has 25% life leech, I personally only managed to get about 15%... with the 60% nerf, we're looking at 10% (OP) and 6% for me.. Probably not enough to counter reflect. The build is still viable, but we now have to avoid all reflect, which sucks

I'm not 100% sure... but if you have an increased duration immortal call I think this would still work even vs reflect.

Reflect is no problem. People tend to put builds under assumption that they can't replace 1 gem with another to deal with different situation. They can. VS reflect you can use faster projectile instead of PPAD and spam some jade flasks. 3 endurance charges + flasks make it easy. Double reflect + Vuln can be dealt with by using life leech instead of added fire.
