Hi, I've got some questions regarding romira's banquet
1) Do only attacks proc the ring or do spell have the same effect? 2) Do aoe effects ( melee splash, chain. lmp and so on) generate multiple power charges per cast? Thanks for answering |

" 1) spell or attack, works both of them 2) when i use ice nova/discharge or etheral knives, i get only 1 charge for each cast |
