How the Open Beta launch went for us

A small thing about the videos, for spells can you do a side by side split of the original and the new effect? Before spending money I want to know which I like better in action and sometimes its hard to see how different something is. There are a few fan-made ones on youtube where the person does the effect then uses the item then does it again. This is cool, but a side by side would be better. You could probably write a script that would spawn enemies and then use the effect so its the same each time, and basically automate it.

I'm not going to pretend I know what tools you have coded for administrative purposes so spawning might be a bit harder as well as character control to line the frames up perfectly. An automated script does seem like something that would be feasible though.

People want to know what they are spending money on, even if the effect is less then $1.

You guys are doing a fantastic job. I've been playing for hours already and I'm loving it. I have nothing but positive impressions and I can't wait to see the game go gold.

As a computer science colege student who just finished his first semester, I can only say that wheb I finish colege it would be an honour to maybe work for GGG if I ever have a chance. I feel stupid for not buying at least a gold kiwi to support u guys, but rest assured that I will do so with the open beta micro transactions :-)

P.S. Act 3 looks so amazing, particularly the two temples. I stopped repeatedly to just zoom in and look at my surroundings. We all knew the gameplay was leagues better than we'd ever seen from the genre, now with A3, you've outclassed everyone graphically as well. Amazing work from every single one of you, from CW to Support!

Yup - all in all, IMO, one of the best launches ever.
