good point, BUT 1st remember that this is still a beta!

and 2nd ggg is a relatively new/small and unexperienced dev. studio (no offense ggg). so they just didnt know in which state to launch a game/ob since they are doing it for the 1st time. so they probably thought that setting up a shop/microtransactions is more important than fixing major bugs/crashes on the ob-version of the game.

i mean this issue was reported months ago, so there was enough time to fix it till ob imo.

now we can only hope that they will fix it asap, coz its really annoying to play poe when it crashes every 2nd or 3rd time when u switch an area.

I just started getting these sorts of errors too today. Yesterday, when I started playing this game everything was fine, but today every time I start the game, after the first loading screen the menu appears and everything freezes, until windows prompts those errors. I'm going to see if re-installing helps.

I have same problem. 3 months without error and today my game two times crashed because of this error with bad allocation.

re-installing might help it didt for me one abit i even tried this PackCheck i saw people talking about that maybe helps it but seems it does not i understand its a beta etc and they done a great job it just so annoying that i cant play or sort it out myself

i had this bug sometimes but most errors like this was in MUD FLATS

i dont know what is this...but if i played witch i had maybe 2 times this bug before i complete quest but...
if i played shadow i had this bug every fucking 5min and it was really sad cuz it took me like 2 hours and after this sick map i played normally without this bug.

Having the same problems here. All the bad allocation, exceptions, running out of memory stuff, only when loading new areas. I'm playing a ranger and just got to act 3. Now the client crashes while playing in the first area, with no reason shown afterwards. This happens anywhere between 3-10 minutes.

I have done a full re-install and messed around with the graphics options, but this has not worked in resolving the issues.

I use:
AMD Phenom II X4 840
4Gb Ram
Geforce GTX 650

The client has crashed on me a few times also. Its always followed by a disconnect. 3 out of the last 5 times I got disconnected, the client crashed on me. Its gotten to the point now where if I get disconnected, I expect the client to crash on me as well.

Is there an error log/console for PoE? It would probably help the devs a lot more if we could give them specific information regarding crashes.

I don't suspect its memory problems for me because I got 16gb of DDR3 1600mhz ram.

It started happening for me as well and right now it's really bad, I'm crashing almost every time I enter a new area. I thought this issue was fixed some time ago but it looks like it's back now.

LE: I literally cannot enter the dark forest right now, crashed 3 times on the loading screen.

same thing's happening to me. We need some feedback from devs. I can't even play right now because it's crashing in act 3 sewers before i can complete the quest.

im stuck in the first town on act 2 and cannot go out either door to the river or the other place and was just about to buy that pet for 500 LOL so glad i diddent yet because there seems to be no fix for this and if i cannot progress through the game whats the point in supporting it, kinda makes me a bit mad though that theres no MODS replaying here since theres multiple peopel with ths same exact error when joining certain maps, mine says somethign abotu audo -311 C++ blah blah blah. i sure hope its gets fixed as bieng stuck at lvl 18 is kinda a shame when this games got so much potential.
