Le Heup ring and minions
There is a bit of a contoversy in Sam's Ultimate Summoner Guide where it is claimed that the creator of Le Heup confirmed that the ring's damage increase applies to minions.
Imho that runs counter to what was claimed from GGG on what might influence minions. Could someone from GGG please shed some light on that issue? |

Don't see what is so hard to understand about that. IGN : Reamus

It has 15% increased damage. That's on you, because you have the ring. Your minions aren't wearing the ring, and it doesn't apply minion damage to you.
It has no effect on minion damage. Last edited by Mark_GGG#0000 on Jan 1, 2014, 9:27:54 PM

" I didn't understand anything but the last sentence. Everything else was very vague/poorly worded. |
|
" Erm. It's not that difficult. Just gotta realise "no" is a typo for "on" and that "Minion damage" is a stat given to characters by items. With those in mind, his message is crystal clear
"fixed, thanks | |
Well I read the "no" as "not" which was confusing. But not only that the sentence structure is off. In a very technical almost to the point of being legalistic game system like this one, you have to be clear to everyone not just the people who already know the answer.
I've said it before and I'll say it again this game gets ultra-vague when it comes down to the interactions between certain things. It's the vaguest game I've ever played at times. Maybe not to the beta testers or the super elite but to almost everyone else "We be guessin'" half the time. |

" i probably wouldn't put it that way and use the word "vague" as they're pretty specific on things, but i do agree that the game has a lot to digest and there's really no easy way to digest it all. until they've implemented an easy way of learning ALL the mechanics (which better minds than mine will have to think of a way to implement), learning it is a matter of being very very comfortable with mental indigestion and being really good at forum searching. heh. anyway, we've digressed. /thread :)
" To me it isn't, I played Sacred 2 :) Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Probably half the players in the game don't know whether inner force would help their arctic armor or not. And the other half probably got really confused when their reduced mana gem didn't reduce its mana cost/drain whatever.
And that's just the tip. Only the tip! Personally I find it confusing when an enemy hits me 10 times for no damage, then on the last two hits he crits for over 1000 damage each. It's really vague and mysterious things going on under the hood. So on the few occasions when a GGG rep makes a statement it'd be nice if they used spellcheck and proper sentence structure. Just sayin The game isn't entirely free to play. It costs TIME to play. And the vagueness multiplies that cost. How much is my Redbeak modifing my Viper Strike damage? Who knows. The tooltip's lips are sealed. How much damage does desecrated ground do? Who knows! Must not be important. How much time do people have to spend testing stuff out on their own, just freakin tell people and stop being vague!! Last edited by BearCares#6660 on Jan 2, 2014, 5:23:42 AM
