Is this build also worth in domination?
if it its, the only legendary required would be volls?
is this an end-game build?

Yes, you can definitely build this in Domination.

Yes, Voll's Protector is pretty much the only Unique required.

Thanks for linking it for Dhoros. I watched it already. Pretty decent build, but nowhere near my build really.

If you noticed this player always pauses in between packs because the ele ref always brings his ES pool to around the halfway mark after each Discharge. Definitely will not happen with this build, since you have at any one point in time, 14.8% Physical Dmg Leech and 8.8% Ele Dmg Leech.

Also, using a Soul Taker for the offhand slot means this player has mana issues. My build allows me to run even Arctic Armor for the added survivability.

its not mana issues - its for dont spend nodes for mana and also for easy play
noregen/halfregen/temporalchains maps.
yes its not best build, but very easy to use(not in terms of price ofc)
and i just wanted to show this build only with ST and dont want great new thread
also reflect leaves half hp, but how u see i have now only 5100 and later plan to take ~7000,
also i have 2 cwdt - so getting damages is way to deal more damage :)

-Rime Gaze (helm)

-Maligaro's Virtuosity (gloves)

-rainbowstride (i see this ok)

-voill's 5l (hard to make 3g 1r 1b but i'm in work on it)

i not find a good belt, offhabd and jewellry for this on unique list; u think is better rare item in this slot?

Divinarius is a decent unique for most Dischargers, but it might cost more than a 9% Innate Crit Dagger. And 9% Innate Crit Daggers are not expensive, except for those with other well-rolled mods like Spell Dmg, Increased Attack Speed and Increased Crit Chance for Spells.

Maligaro's Virtuosity as stated in the OP is a very good choice for this build :)

Rime Gaze, I wouldn't really recommend it, a yellow rare would still be better.

Voll's is okay for this build, since you free up a gem slot (Power Charge on Crit). You get way lesser ES though.

Well, in OP I linked Auxium, a unqiue item which is BIS if you can cap res without belt. Offhand I still prefer a yellow ES shield, for the ES really. Jewellery wise please read OP again :)

i have tried danmaku build which use aegis aurora and spectral throw, but it is really hard to get high life to not to die and high crit chance together. and danmaku build has some spell nodes and physical damage nodes, that i think is a little bit uneffective for only using ek+ek. so i searched some and finally found this build, which is perfectly fit for my preferences - high survivality with high ES and also high dps with discharge+ek.

so i bought some ES stuff but i have one important question, u either go for 6l ES chest or a 5L volls prot as u said..either way theres no need to get vaal pact until pretty much VERY HIGH levels? or what would be the best way to start leveling this build?
