That depends on how frequently you Crit. If you always Crit, then of course full charges will be a good indicator of DPS.

Your call brah. You level up the way you want to level up :) Some prefer Fireball, some prefer Dual Spork, I went with Dual Ice Spear Totems. You could level up as a Discharger too, though you will not be able to see the full potential of the build until you reach 70+.

Would u recommend this Build at the time?
I'm leveling a witch and can't decide between lightning Witch and Discharger.
Would u say it's worth to keep up leveling for Discharger?
And do I need the recommend Items in the Endgame to play this build, or they are just BIS?

I decided to keep the Crit Multi instead of spell crit. especially it rolled t1 for its part.
any recommendation for the last prefix?

Heh, no problem pal. You can get Dexterity from gear. For example, my amulet has a +16 To All Attributes mod. That will be +16 Dexterity already.

I am new to this game and feels like trying this build with the Shadow class.

Got a few question, could anyone enlighten me?

1) Could this build be branched out on a Shadow creation instead?

2) Does 1-handed melee weapon critical passives improves with both if we equipped both '1-handed melee weapon' together?
