They have been appearing everywhere, it won't be hard to get one soon. There are rare version and possibly even a unique, so this fishing rod is not worth 50 ex. :)

More like at least 10 in the last 36 hours. The fact that we know they can be rolled into rares and possibly a unique instantly kills the value of yours.
