that was really sloppy play on my part, i had no need to run through the fire storm and honestly most mistakes like that would result in death on such a map.

on the first video though, It looked like i desynced slightly and resynced when i got hit by the first fire storm.

What's your opinion on getting static blows?

Getting to SB would take me 6 points, for it and the other 10% behind it, and would put me a near a nice life node cluster and I could spec out of it into crit later since crit isn't that effective without a lot of points.

Also is there anyway to buff single target DPS easily, mine is currently at an underwhelming 14000 full buffed?

Crit is really the best way to boost single target as well as damage overall. I would not recommend SB as it is a large point investment and honestly just starting dabbing into crit as this will proc shock as well.

Its very feasible to get good crit on amulet and quiver. 40 ele dmg + 60 crit will help loads as well as a quiver with wed and crit dam. crit chance is a nice plus but your tree can cover it easily.

Would this be the an efficient way of going about stacking crit?

And how effective is PCoC at generating charges starting from zero? I only have experience using it on an AoE where it was guaranteed to give me a charge everytime I crit.

I would not use pcoc unless you have about 30-34% base crit which is very hard to do. if youre solo, you wont really benefit it from it as enemeis will die too fast to LA for you to be able to pcoc frenzy.

your tree looks fine to me. you cherry picked the most optimal nodes.

Will you recomend this build w/o a koams with 5l and a Lioneyes Glare ?

You can do this build with the following gear set and stats if you had to but youll have to sacrifice a lot of dps for life to compensate for koams. I would say theres probably better alternatives for builds if you cant at least afford a koams of either version. the bow is very flexible but you need the HP from koams to get enough dps nodes.

"

I put together a gearset from random stuff in my stash, i dont think a single item is more than 4 or 5 exalts.

These are the output stats:
6970 LA dps!!!
3579 life
352 life regen
83/75/77 resists

Obviously I would need to change my tree to be more defensive (dps for life nodes) but the point is that the gearset is incredibly cheap and still very reflect reistant. A large amount of your damage is coming from auras so this alleviates a lot of pressure from requiring a top notch weapon. If you upgraded the tabula to a big 6 link eva armor, youre basically going to avoid 50-60% of all reflected attacks.

With a proper chest piece, an modest ele bow with crit and some regret orbs you can easily manage something like 6000 LA dps (still higher than BIS gearset for blood magic keystone volt builds), 4500-5000 life, and 400 life regen while still maintain a very high level of reflect resistance due to your ridiculous evasion synergizing with ondars and acrobatics.

I'm also doing this build on a "budget" and it really requires a 6L at the bare minimum. Lioneye's is fine though it makes reflect scary.

My Gear

I currently have 5400 HP at lvl 84, 15K single target and 3.6K AoE.

Which side of the skill tree should I go down first, levels 1 - 20? I am doing Domination league with a friend right now... what about Dex requirements for the bows? Use an ammy?

Thanks!

You probably want to go left and fill out life nodes first, but as has been mentioned, the build doesn't really shine until 80+, so really the first 20 levels don't matter.
Honestly, I find builds like this a lot easier to level up as a separate skill set. Get a Tabula or 6L of your choice and do something like spectral throw with a 2 hander. That will easily carry you to mid 70's.

As far as dex, you'll get some from nodes, some from The Blood Dance, and the rest from jewelry or amulet. If you choose not to use Blood Dance, you can get them from boots as well. If memory serves, you should only need 20 dex beyond the template, which should be easy with an onyx or turquoise amulet.
