" In a sense it does, but some of the things (especially the first post) isn't as relevant now as it was 4 months ago. (Developed economy in place in the default/hardcore leagues) I'll need to revisit my builds because they could do with some more tweaking. It does seem like a rebump is needed.
Please bare with me while I redo the builds post. After playing extensively in OB, I have a much, much better picture of what is necessary to survive in Wraeclast and endgame. Just a question, are you going to change around the builds to correspond with the new passive changes? I was using your old crit build and since we're getting free full respecs I was thinking of changing to one of your newer builds and I don't want to do it on the patch day and use an outdated build. I really do like you builds and it helped me out a lot with my first ranger.

" I personally don't think the builds will be any different from before. True, the physical damage may been buffed through the new Rustic Sashes, but ele-damage will still trump physical damage. The .11 patch doesn't address physical-ranged. (Or the fact that the Ranger is still gimped compared to all the other classes.) Even with the nerfs to Diamond Skin, Static Blows, Elemental Adaptation, and Inner Force, it doesn't change that they're still powerful notables worth grabbing.
