with current meta, you can get to lvl 55~ with searing bond and no point allocation,(broken broken skill), just stack life in gear and Don't do stupid shit and at 50~ switch into CI

less control over how many charges are discharged at a time with a cylcone build. howver cyclone has more sustained DPS where as this build is bursty ( also i uploaded a video should be linked) also Dagger just offers more crit earlier on, 80% intrinsic is alot

put searing bonds in a +2 or +1 or a searing touch. and faceroll everything its broken. the damage scaling is insanely high

I'm thinking about getting Sovereignty + Influence to run purity of lightning instead of VP.

- Blast Radius
- Ghost Reaver
- Infused Shield (refund Discipline and Training)
- Body and Soul
- Sovereignty

I'm just not sure when to get all these Critical Strike Chance/Damage:
- Doom Cast
- Assassination
- Arcane Potency
- Spell Power

Notes:
- I'm leveling with the ridiculous combo SB + Inc Burn Dmg so I picked Entropy for now.

Question:

Why use life leech in Voll's protection? I just got a 5 link Voll's last week and I would rather use discharge+mana leech+increased area of effect+conc effect+increased crit damage.

I switched out life leech since with CI I only have 1 life anyways. My life regen, just by plain random gear, covers 1hp pretty well and increased crit damage is helping out my dps (which was lacking). It was a pain getting b-b-b-b-g r so hopefully I didn't mess up dropping life leech.
