Passive Skill Tree - Noob Friendly

I marked the similar skills on the skill tree so people can see better overview of the skills they can pick and help them choose their path.

PDF with layers https://dl.dropbox.com/u/6009624/poe/PoE_skilltree_%200.10.0.pdf
- Download the file - you must open it on your PC with Adobe Reader to show and hide the layers, you can't see them in your browser if it opens there. You should see Save button in the right down corner.
- Switch On and Off layers depending on which skills you are interested to see
- Don't click too fast on layers on left trying to show/hide them - it crashes sometimes

Troubleshooter:
- if you don't see on left "Navigation Pane Buttons" panel go there on left grey field, right click and pick "Show Navigation Pane Buttons"
- if you don't see the layers on "Navigation Pane Buttons" panel - again on left grey field right click and pick "Layers"

BTW I just saw this great calculator: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/19723 and decided to share it here too. It allows the skill nodes to be calculated like an end result. It uses the real skill tree functions and builds can be transfered between the two very easy. It have also much better functionality that the real skill tree - it can be zoomed out in full size; distant nodes can be picked much faster while the nodes on the road to them can be automaticly picked; the skill path can be cutted in any place while the skills untill the point of cutting remains picked. It doesn't shows overall as my where are all the skills at once in which you may be interested in so maybe my "skill tree map" is usable also.

You know, the skill builder on the website has a field you can type in a search word, and it will highlight all nodes containing that word, right?

yeah .. but you cannot make it show all the skills that you are interested in and see them like a whole picture in different colors remaining you which skills from what group are

for example if you are interested in Cold damage spells and energy shield you can orient your character seeing more easy where the heck are the skills that boost them

This helps me personally a lot when I'm still new and learning the tree

Ah yeah. Im used to using the offline program, but you need to know a tiny bit about using a regex search to do multiple highlights.

That is actually a pretty good pdf, and quite a lot of time spent doing it up, I imagine.

Yes. Thank you! I lost full 3 days to do it and I had to rest my eyes a lot.

I uploaded new PDF because I saw a type mistake: on Elemental Equilibrium I had "-25%" instead "+25%"

Great job on this. This could have saved me many hours of planning back when I started playing. Luckily I have most of the tree memorized now.
