Payment option for upgrading pre-purchase support packs

Well, if it was probably a one-time exception for someone then. Not sure if it applies now.

The time limit to pay the balance is 6 months, you can make as many payments as you wish in those 6 months. Well that is how I interpret what I was told.
Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent.

I used to love GGG. I supported to ensure GGG remained independent, now I just wish I could get my money back. -_-

So I'm guessing you have to contact support through the email? I did it on the support pm message next to my account name and did not get a response yet. Just wondering lol only 3 days left so trying to get a hold of someone. Anyway shot out a email wondering if they are just super busy lol (most likely).

Don't worry, support will get back with you. If you're in the US like I am, you probably won't hear from them until probably early to late afternoon (depending on zone) when their studios open.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

Wow I only just noticed this thread, that's really cool and overly tempting - I'm gonna have to think hard if I would be able to go for Gold (Diamond is out of my reach sadly) but if not, I can settle for Silver.
