As for Omjak's gear, I guess it's at least partly to meet socket color requirements. Ideallly, since it's an acrobatics build, the gear should be mostly evasion, but this requires tons of luck with chrom.

that and because armour is not completely useless on an evade/dodge build. The mathematics involve diminishing values as you get more and more amour anyway. With my granite flask/3endurance charges i can get like 40% physical reduction (which i think is dam good when combined with my evade/dodge)

BUILD UPDATE PART 2

Sidra showed me how op the life scion currently is. This is the current most optimal dps/build for this guide.


If you've already specced into the previous build: speccing into it this new one is optional, ggg may nerf the tree as they did when scion released (go figure).

the beauty is, this tree compared to the old one doesn't trade off dps for life, i was working on it all day to fix that. This tree has MORE dps than the old one

Ik this is a 100 tree, and i'll figure out the leveling out later. (i'm currently really busy)

The fact is that the scion tree is so dam loaded with hp that you can afford to spend more on dps nodes. and there are plenty on the way over there. not too mention that totemic zeal is right on the path.

I've been trying to add this to the build forever, but i've never seen an optimal path until now.

So i was finally able to crunch numbers since i can't really use poebuilder on my laptop.

This build has more potential than the old one, but one thing i did notice as panini said, this new tree is harder to spec into because of the life nodes and has a more "late game" approach.

The dps/life are pretty close to one another between builds. as for total dps i would gain like 3k on frenzy (which is not much at all)

i'll talk about it more later

i may update dps figures, right now i'm dealing around 46k dps with frenzy (which is almost double of what it used to be)

additionally, i posted the old build because.

After running many, many, MANY simulations on poebuilder and dps calculations. I concluded that the current build is fine and does massive amounts of damage already. Additionally, it is easier to spec into anyway and has an easier progression/leveling progress into the build.

If you want to do either one, than thats fine.
