Well... after 1.2 patch: My lvl16 Purity of Fire could no longer sustaind the dot. I equipped a lvl20 one and the build shined again. My max Fire Res. gets to 89%. My Gear/Gems could be better and my tree could take some fixes aiming for life regen nodes making the build even stronger. So, I believe that, yes. No snapshoting, but still monsters melt. Maybe RF players should give The Blood Dance shoes a test. At my current state of 75th level, 3 frenzies boost my life regen to 730 L/s. If I change Blood Dance for boots with say, +85 life, I'd only get 630 L/s. Had I planned my build a bit better, I'd choose to help Kraityn for extra frenzy charge... Let's be honest.
