I am still very lost at how your lvl 99 trickster is not degen w/o stone golem and using a rare shield. I have almost the best gear I could possibly get on Legacy league and I'm pushing 18k ES atm. I still degen unless I am flasking or running stone golem. Please help me out

How many FIre RES you have IG??? you need 80 if possible for down hard degen, + take more %life regen in node, i have more and i regen (out regen) 500es/sec more than my degen (calculate +/- 2k/sec degen and 2k5 regen)

Since no one's replied i'd suggest you to drop a couple of ES nodes and invest more into sustaining your RF. Also i noticed that you dint take Charisma which gives 6% increased effect of non-curse auras you cast That's huge (It makes so much difference). While you at it, you might as well allocate that jewel socket. Well, sustaining RF is more important anyway unless you're not considering to take guardians and etc. Even i myself have no idea how he can sustain that RF without running stone golem. I tried tricker last league but got deleted soon after. I gave him another chance for this league but ended up ditching him halfway and went with guardian RF+SR instead though he's not as fast as trickster in terms of speed. He's just tanky and comfortable to play. You can literally go take a pee while facetanking uber izaro. Im not saying that Guardian is better. It's all about preferences.

OP does degen, if you use POB you can actually see that his level 99 trickster degens by some small amount. I think its just that when he is in combat he can regen due to trickster node that gives increased regen if an enemy has been killed. Either that or it worked before some kind of nerf I am not aware of.

Oh well i fixed it by taking out a couple of ES nodes, and went down for Charima instead. It fixed my issue back then (w/o stone golem)
How are you guys handling -60% regen // -1x max resis mapmods ?

Any gearchanges that du the trick quite comfortably ?

Tried Rise of the Phoenix instead of a 20% reduced dmg over time shield for those - works kinda, but it is a chore to change gems.
Any better solution besides reroll map mods ?

Maybe a Marble Amulet to replace Chayula?

What is your experience?

Guardian btw - so Shavrones Ring is no option unfortunately

For -XX% max res go rise of phenix or reroll
For Vulnerability i change my blasphemy for Purity of the elements
Hey, guys. I have started a Guardian early this league but moved on to some other characters and now I'm looking into him again.

Here is the thing. Next league I wanna set my goal on reachin level 100. I never been that high, my highest was 91.

Was thinking that maybe a LL RF guardian would be a good option as you really don't wanna die on those late 90s levels.

I was wondering: I'm not an amazing currency-maker. I don't play that much and I usually make enough currency to built 2 or 3 not-expensive characters every league. Do you guys think I can get a proper character to reach level 100 with this build with around 6-8 exalts, maybe 10?

Or would it take too much more currency and I should look for a different build?

Also, what do you guys think is the best way to level? RF from level 40 onwards or try a different approuch, maybe firestorm tô level 60+?

I think I'm going to try the trickster variant of this build. I am however, on a budget. Is %ES needed on rings and amulets? How much strength do you generally need on gear? Looks like a sweet build, hope I can make it work on reasonable budget.

I was in a similar situation in this league. I've built a Guardian LL RF character, got it to 93 and then thought to push for 100 this league. It felt it was too slow to achieve with LL RF, so I made a VaalSparker to push faster. Performance was much better, but I died occasionally. So I switched back to my LL RF and got it to 95.5, where he currently is. I now decided against a push to 100 this league, because I think it's too late already. LL RF is by far the most survivable character I've ever played. I'm not that good with flask management and sometimes a bit slow with reacting properly. But LL RF goes through all these kind of problems with ease. You'll just need more time than with a fast clearing build.
My highest charcter prior to Legacy was 91 - and going to 95 was already a kind of achievement for me.

About leveling: I leveled with dual RF totems. Only a few points to change when you make the move to selfcast RF and going LL. If I remember correctly, I did this move at 69 - as soon as I could out regen RF. At this point I've earned more than enough currency to afford the minimum gear needed for selfcast RF and going LL. If you do not have enough at this point, just keep going with totems. They are slower, but with at least two totems it feels quite ok.

Considering currency: You can start this build with less than an exalt (maybe a bit more in the beginning of a league) and then improve your character over time. So it does not get boring too fast (which is a big point in reaching 100). Reaching 90% of the potential needed to run maps with ease maybe costs 10 ex (really only Shav's, Presence of Chayula and good rings were expensive this league)

I'm planning to go LL RF next league as well with the goal to push for 100, although I think that will need a lot of dedication time wise.

Yalani in one of your comments you mentioned that shaper's touch with vuln on hit are best in slot. I'm failing to see how the vuln on hit is going to be better than witchfire brew alone since most mobs will be on it's range anyway due to rf.

Am I not seeing something else?

Thanks for that. My main concern is about currency. I'm not a very good currency maker, as i don't realy know how to play the trade market and make money selling stuff other than uniques.
