Got Dread Thicket first entrace 2nd time in a row in these races, but again my teammate stole the last kill!

We had really cautious last two mobs, we knew where one mob was, and he just didnt kill him and i went to search for the last mob with my 48% movement speed. If I had found the mob, then I'd just ran back to my friend, kill the bear he was luring, and running back to kill the last mob.

BUT NO, he found the last mob. :(

Really fun race again :)

Some nice drops before got stunned & blasted at Western, aka waste of RNG.

Smooth race. Everything went according to plan, hit western at 45 mins or so and stayed there. Few close calls for a couple teammates, none for me, though i did have a crash near the end again. Some bad desync for everyone at one point on ledge but nothing dangerous and it ended after a couple minutes. Drops were strong, some good rares and a few alchs/chaos just after entering western so gear wasnt an issue (ended with 600+ life and 75 fire res).

Level 27, 1st place shadow and 4th overall in the end, with our group (down a member) taking the top 5 spots.

We should change my strategy to get
to pyramids.

CG to the Cruel group but I think if you stayed at pyramids you would have done better.

Very happy about todays race even though we didn't win. We had to wing it in Cruel after our group had a lot of issues, and all in all we did very well.


Note that Brutus split was late. Same with Merveil. They were both blue splits, although the "previous best" times in these splits are just stuff I set quick.

Notes:
Started out with witch crashing on the way to Hillock. He had to catch up a bit, but not a big deal. Got through act 1 very quick.
Act 2 starts, templar died on way to Western Forest. We decided to stick to the plan of hitting Cruel.
Marauder got Weavers done as we went to join but witch crashed before Weaver died and didn't get the spike. Slowed our farming down a bit in Western, but no big deal. Witch solo'ed Weavers and caught up.
We ended up hitting a point where no one had enough wisdoms or not enough portals and we slowed down big for a bit but we figured it out.
Honestly, our Western Forest farming was subpar. We were getting low xp rates, our pack size was very very low, I couldn't find anything to pull.
Then we went to Cruel. Terraces ended up extremely weird. Our xp was low because somehow the pack size, again, was low. At about 1:50 we said screw it, ledge. We gained a TON of xp at that point. 300k-400k per 5 minutes.

EDIT: I just realized part of the reason our XP in terraces was so low was because of the rollback. :\

I was 2-3 shotting packs on ledge WITH all 5 members in the party with us. Pierce LMP Lightning Arrow is godly.

Fun race indeed, kinda under performed compared to the solo practice runs I had done.
Didn't get a short bow until right before brutus so it was all freezing pulse until there :D.

Insane ring dropped right before merveil at 43minutes. Bow was orb of chanced and upgraded with found whetstones in western forest. Boots aquired in Rocky Climbs. And the Portal dropped in western forest ( around 1hour and 10 minutes in)
