hit 18.75 this time playing solo, personal 1hour race record. Ended on position 17.
Grats to the winners once again.

Guess I should start looking for a serious party team to actually have a shot in these party races :]

Went completely solo all the way and managed to get lvl 19½.

The stars aligned and I got two uniques in the last 10 minutes of the race at western forest. Quite insane ones for poison arrow build tbh. The quiver and cold res ring were my only good drops in act1 but still managed to kill Merveil at ~37mins at lvl13.

If only this were a solo race... 774,151 exp against last race's winner's 637,814 exp.

Or maybe I need to find a team to participate in party races with.

#12 in party race as solo is quite solid imo. I'm happy.

Edit: I got the gloves halfway through The Forest. Obviously the gloves are ridiculously good for poison arrow because of the spell damage. By looking at temple of exiles exp graphs it seems I found the Death Harp at ~54min in western forest. Also had a sort of early short bow with +level to bow skill gems, which honestly carried me the hardest and got my quiver before killing merveil (at ~37mins which is quite fast). With movement speed boots shit would've been even more cash, but as it stands, this run is quite hard to beat solo.

Seriously I hate lower and upper passage since the last patches I would say our group lost like 10 minutes simply because of dead ends.
From 10 seconds behind the first flats to 2 seconds behind the first lower passage I ended in dead ends 40 seconds behind first upper passage and in upper passage many dead ends and 1 time stuck :(

Good run for me & my group, we got Merveil down in 37 minutes but instead of clearing to Western we grinded at River Crossings. I think that cost us about ten spots on the ladder.

got to lvl 10 in a 3 man party, lost a mate halfway, killed brutus right when the race ended, I think i need more practice with this...

Brutus decided to pull me into a wall where I would get stuck and I didn't want to quit because I performed pretty badly without any practice so there was no point in continuing. ;D

This was the BEST event by far! REALLY cool!! better then the 1h cut throat and all the other 2-3h :P

1h is too damn intense and the party is aditional strategy gameplay - PERFECT

Desync hits some people and not others, and it has bad days and good days. Its just so random...

I almost never see a streamer with major desync problems, maybe its because they have beastly pcs that can keep fps, record there screen, and internet good enough to upload it all at the same time. I'm not sure about that though. I can go a week without any desync at all, then every time I log on stuff flying to unexplored dungeons, stuff wont open, random mobs showing up and disappearing over and over. Sometimes it rubberbands you back, that helps normally, if it don't kill you. Sometimes it wont, and sometimes it rubberbands you over and over and over as if the server wont register you moving at all. I am sad that I haven't seen anything hinting at a patch to improve on it, but all games have that issue, its just worse for a large number of players here then in most games.

Who knows whats causing it, if it was a easy fix, it probably would have been fixed a long time ago.
