[NEMESIS - PLANNING ON] 1H sword and shield with Crit...

Hi everybody, I'm planning on building a duelist that is good in both offensive and defend. My main build will focus on using 1H sword and shield, well Knights always are my beloved symbols in RPG games with their signature in sword and shield, solid and classical but efficient.

But since I use a shield in order to boost my survivability, suffering from low DPS with only 1H sword can't be avoided. So I would like to build my main DPS with Crit to finish off bosses and his minions faster. In conclusion, I came with this passive tree:

So how do you folks think about my build? I would like to see your comments about its strengths and weaknesses, good and bad, pros and cons. Please point them out, that will help me a lot.
