FPS drop in a good PC

normal steps to do when game having issues to run with pc powerfull enought:

-update videocard drivers/revert to couple versions older if had newest
-update soundcard drivers, yes these may cause low fps
-check temperatures, with atleast 2x programs to be sure, they dont show whatever they want when they want

in your cause i would suggest reverting videocard drivers to older ones since newest really isnt best always for all games.

make restoration point before doing this as ive heard someone had proplems after but newer got the info if he actually deleted something he shoulndt.

steps i use for update/downgrade ->
1. download new driver install package
2. uninstall everything related to videocard with drivercleaner pro.
3. install new drivers
4. reboot computer

why i dont reboot after uninstalling old drivers? let me explain win7 got "preinstalled" drivers(atleast ultimate 64bit) and when you boot computer after uninstall it will install those "preinstalled" ones as it sees this videocard dont have drivers yet, now if u install new drivers it would have been same as just install new ones without deleting old ones.

Only thing i cant see on everest is the HD cuz its a trial..but these are the temps from everest
My standard overclocking utilities are. (they are good for checking temps)

-CPU-
Coretemp for cpu temp.
Cpuz(Just good all around info)
prime95 - to load out cpu

-GPU-
gpuz-will show temps for video card
Firmark-loading out gpu

Firmark puts more load on your gpu than any game can possible do.(People say) Some might recommend kombuster instead, it's more realistic.

I recommend using a program to load out the cpu and not trying to do it with games running in background.

I have very similar issues with my 7850 set-up. I've never ran into FPS spikes in any game before (including demanding titles like battlefield 3 and the Witcher 2 with my card overclocked through GPU tweak). However Path of Exile is the first game that's ever run poorly on my card, the FPS rate mostly stays between 59-62 with v-sync enabled (running at around 30c) however they'll be frequent frame-rate spikes (from between around 20-130 fps). I don't run the game with any GPU oc and I've tried messing around with the settings to no avail given I still get the same results on the lowest possible settings. I honestly have no idea what the issue could be but it seems specific to PoE.
Hey I have same problem also I have

Amd Radeon Hd 6650 M 2 gb Ram Vİdeo card

6 gb DDram

And Intel COre İ5 2430 Cpu

But MY cpu Temp is 89-93 C sometimes on Load

Also 6650m shows 87 C on load

are these values ok or ?
