(Double)Reflect VS new VPact , "to be or not to be" question of the day, considering this build.

Given the recent VP nerf, would it make sense to take Rise of the Phoenix and Purity of Fire for 90% resists?

seems like the way to go for reflect is RotP + Purity of Fire... new VP sucks especially with new leech mechanics. I tried it and quickly respecced out of it.
