I'm currently level 83 on nemesis playing something simular, 3 curse 6 auras ( can do 7 but dont really want to atm since bad gear). I run health though. shavs/ci without the leech to mana shield is suicidal in maps.

I thought about your build and was trying to determine what would be the most beneficial to the character. To me, cast speed come to mind. Cast speed will benefit both the summoning speed of your totems, and the rate at which they cast. This will make for more effective culling. I then noticed that while the witch is a good character for this, I believe that the scion would be even more useful If you want additional cast speed. If you don't want additional cast speed, then starting witch is more beneficial.


My version uses 2 more points (so Lv 92 would be required). With these 2 additional points, and starting scion (taking into consideration the differences in default attributes), you gain:

+18 Int
+29 max Mana
20% Mana regen
3.6% energy shield (from int)
9% Increased Cast Speed

You also gain a bit of dex, str, max life, melee phy damage, accuracy, and evasion (these aren't nearly as important)

Now, there is only one loss, and that's a loss of 4% Increased Max Mana, but that's made up for with flat mana and more mana regen.

So, if you were planning on increasing your cast speed after Lv90, it is better to have started Scion ;)

This is sick! You took my build to the extreme, I wish I had the orbs to afford this kind of gear and character. Shouldnt your dps go up from the auras though?

@ 2i0; we are currently working on getting a lot more screenshot , mostly relevant one, and gameplay video, while we were doing some lvl 76-77 map yesterday some map even dropped 3 maps! it was truly amazing and most boss droppped like 20 rare item.


I'm currently looking up what program do i need to take video and will try to have one up in less then a week.

Don't know if anyone told you, but arc doesn't get any support from chain.

From the Wiki :

Since it is not a projectile, Arc cannot Pierce or Fork, and it cannot be supported with Greater or Lesser Multiple Projectiles. Supporting Arc with Chain will result in additional chains.


So unless the wiki si wrong, i think we have something here :P
