Auras scaling per party player

you are assuming players will always use auras, but there is possible some builds or even new balancing make people don't use then in some cases
So basically auras are a plus, and when a plus is not balanced and something over is unbalanced you have to fix the low one first (at least is how it works programming), else things will be more hard to do later

I'm not saying don't touch the actual scaling but there is something beneath it
