I'm entering this contest for the sole reason of getting a PoE t-shirt. I'm too poor to buy a gold pack and get a t-shirt.
Besides that, i'm a big fan of GGG's art person(s) you're very talented, it's quite obvious you get all the ladies. I'm a fan of romantic art, where you look into the distance and imagine the adventure to be had and such and such. Maybe I'll have time to sketch something up... If I did it would definately win. Hope I have time. If GGG would PM me something they would like me to sketch out I would have no trouble doing it.
Right now I am thinking ranger flicker striking a bear in the throat w/ a bear trap on the bear.... A dead bear next to it will be on fire providing a dimmed light source. We'll see if I have time to sketch this up... I'll first do pencil. If I have time I'll digitize it. Wish me luck. GL to my competition. IGN: YeahCrit

Does it need to be handpainted? can i do it 100% in photoshop or even 3d model something?

Well I doodled something in pencil on the back of an index card so I imagine any format is fine as long as you create it yourself.
