I heard how the portal gem was pointless again while watching your stream, from Gunz(?) I think, so I decided to give some info about it here seeing as a lot of people might have missed it.

The thing is, portals shouldn't be too easy to use in the middle of combat, because that would make combat trivial - you'd just portal out when you go in trouble. You should have to fight your way out to get a little time to cast the portal.

I don't really know why people I've seen playing don't just open portals before a boss fight so they can retreat easily, instead of trying to out run the boss to get time to use it.

That was actually MagicFind, I actually didn't think the idea of a town portal gem was all that bad.

Patch 0.9.2 looks awesome and very stable. You saw the good and the maybe not so good things in our stream ^^
