Dec 15: 3h Party HC

Had my first go at a party race. Jumped on with some randoms on TS. I think I was with you Carapute. I got gangbanged by a bunch of goatmen all leap slamming me though :(

Hello guys, it was a nice race, but can somebody tell me how can i see the ladder result, because it disappeared for me?

Messy race. Ranger started 10 mins late, 2/4 died to brutus desync slams, ranger died running gate. They remade while i grinded coves then tp'd in to grind while i did merveil. By the 1 hour mark the 3 who died had caught up, but then our pyramid runner died battling oversoul. The remaining 3 of us eventually reached cruel ledge and grinded to the finish. Duelist still managed 1st in class.

Drops for me were decent, with the one strong drop being 15% move boots at the beginning of act 2 (which were later lost on the first pyramid runner). Apparently my teammates got some godly stuff on their second lives.

Plenty of desync all round, and it came with a high cost this time. Flasks werent reliable either, and kraityn desynced so badly that we had to chase him all over his area as he kept teleporting away from us (not flicker) with the screen violently shifting each time this happened.

Feedback:

- Loot timer is still annoying as ever in cooperative parties. When are we going to get something like a party leader toggle or unanimous vote option to disable it?

- Boss battles need work. All the cheese that goes on really detracts from what might otherwise be a decent challenge for solo and parties both.

Race was fun even with all the setbacks and issues. Level 29 with 8th overall and 2nd shadow in the end.

Nice race, we ended up finding 4 chaos orbs before any alchemys dropped. We got at least 4 alchemys too but they were all from cruel ledge so for most of the race was didnt have them. Our duelist died early on, then died again while trying to catch up. Otherwise there were no more deaths once we got past act 1.

Found that maul way early, perfect for the Vaal kill.

Not really any desync for me this race, but server latency started spiking bad once we got to Western Forest for a few minutes.

Was racing on charcter intended to be temp because Hillock dropped this to temp shadow:

Died to elite Merveil's daughter while trying to use whirling blades to escape, but apparently this caused a minor desync and as I died I was standing right in fromt of it.

Had a fun race, partied for the first time, thanks to all my teammates who tolerated me tagging along at the last minute. Started with 4, 2 rangers a duelist and myself as a witch, unfortunately lost one of the rangers in Western Forest to a pack of blue Aliras snipers - desynced apparently. Also had the duelist disconnect twice and myself once. I must admit I liked the pace of a party race better than solo. It also feels more natural as a ranged character to be providing a support role rather than having to be everything at once.

Better than my usual drops was a nice change, usually all in blues and white :(. No good orbs in race (other than a gcp), did get an exalted for reward so fun and profitable.

First time I ever survived a Race till the end and actually played it for 3 h.
