Alkaizer Nemesis 89 Marauder Solo

There will always be a decent amount of slammers I think but spectral throw and whatever else ppl are doing will be vastly more popular for a long time. Else, there are a ton of other ways to make very strong characters and would like to start a new and very strong one sometime this league.

This build probably works pretty good in groups as it provides stun mechanic which most groups don't have. I like the damage nodes to start then to resolute.
You mentioned swapping gems, gear, and flasks are important in doing certain maps. What are you swapping to specifically and for which map mods?

the usual ... lightning flask for piety, fire flask for megaera, purity for ew / -max res maps, granites for carnage etc, prolly take out mpd for double reflect and add life leech instead, its really common sense.

What are you planning to do now when purity is getting changed? Would you consider switch to hatred/grace, respec to IR and go BM gem?

EDIT: saw they only removed the + to max resists.

I noticed you didn't answer the question about the cast when damage taken skill levels. I'm also interested..

so "Also, what is your reasoning behind having two different levels on each of your "Cast when Damage Taken"? (Any particular reason why you picked level 2 and 6?)"?

-Cast On Damage Taken: The level requirement of gems augmented by Cast on Damage Taken may not exceed the level requirement of the Cast on Damage Taken gem.

-Mortal Conviction has been improved from 30% to 40% less aura mana reservation.

I am just starting in the league and have decided to take advice from this build. It is my first time in this league so I am starting from scratch, having a bit of a hard time choosing the quest reward in cruel between

life leech
and melee physical




on a side note, so many red sockets!

Alkaizer, I'm wondering how you are able to get the 100+ Dex required by your green gems? I don't see any on your items and not enough on the tree.
