Why dont you pick endurance charges? I had very similar build but was rolling with 7 endurance endurance charges and 8k armor (5k life tho)... made huge mistake to attack 5 extra crit devourers in the map when 1.0 hit before they nerfed them and they one shotted me even before immortal call proceed :)
what i want to say is that its very low armor and only 3 charges sounds dangerous tbh. |

You never have charges with this setup, IC consumes them immediately. You would only take extra EC slots if you wanted to keep them up full time.
The other options is using 2x CoDT with one that is significantly higher damage threshold to trigger it, you put the IC on that one so you have time ti generate 7 charges before IC goes off |

Question: Why do you run two Immortal Call gems both linked to Cast when Damage Taken? I may be missing something, but I assumed it would be better to run one with and one without? That way you could pre-cast before a large attack.

You want 2 Dmg taken gems that proc on different intervals so they don't overlap too much, you could also do this with molten shell instead of immortal call.
Benefit of pure physical build is all your links can be "damage" gems because life leech and mana leech can be acquired through gear. Keep in mind the purpose of this build was to play solo. Another idea if you don't care about rarity is you can swap Item rarity with multistrike and endurance charge on hit with groundslam and you are basically invulnerable as long as you are groundslamming to physical attacks. Ground slam, Faster Attacks, Melee Physical, Added Fire, Endurance on Hit, Multistrike. On difficult bosses you could do this with heavy strike as well. |

why are you using heavy strike over double strike?

O_O I am only interested in solo mode, I hate groups cuz of all the clutter. I just ripped at a3 normal nemesis, but it was out of foolishness and i aint giving up! I want to start again with your build now, it seems to not have any special gear requirements ... dont need a 6 link and also marohi isnt a must it seems. Could you perhaps add some footage? Piety, map caliga, crem boss, map dominus? |
