you need to find the correct combination of things like
- albino rhoa feathers
- hearing a sound in the distance by clicking the map device with 0 maps in (this happens randomly, so just spam it)
- causing another strange behaviour of the map device by putting in more than one map at a time (this happens randomly aswell, so you need to spam it aswell)
- activating vaal altar, after you killed him (without having the zone reset)
- talking to fairgraves (the new one in act 3)
- wearing fairgraves helmet
- finding the special mob Jabberjaws who is randomly spawning and disappearing along the coastside of act 1 zones
- you need an imprint of a fairgraves helmet by using an eternal orb on it
and then there is some more stuff to this..
going through user's Monstamunch post history will probably reveal alot more information regarding this. While being an alpha member never allowed him to post a detailed walkthrough regardin this, the cryptic information you'll find will probably lead you further.
You forgot the part where you have to fish up fairgrave's helmet from a Pier map.
