Beta Friend Invites (and closing the Veteran timer)

I'd be willing to trade a full version game on Steam for a beta invite. I have a few titles you could chose from.

edit: It just occurred to me that offering compensation for a beta key may be against the ToS? I'm looking for a detailed ToS now (the beta invite email says nothing about this.)

edit 2: This post (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/4272) mentions buying/selling for cash being unadvised, since there's no "safe" way to do it on the PoE site. FWIW, I have over a dozen confirmed Steam game trades from reddit.com/r/gameswap/
