Possibilities to respec? What builds would be suitable?

You die to reflect because your ES pool ain't big enough (see my above posting).
Calculate your MAX damage (not the average on your tooltip, but the damage spike you get when critting with high rolled charges). 15% of that damage gets reflected and mitigated by your elemental resists: Max damage X 0.15 x 0.25 (if you only have 75%; put in other numbers if your resist is higher). If the resulting number is bigger than your ES pool you will die occasionally.
Only three things you can do:
1) Increase your ES pool (hard to do as long as you wear volls)
2) Increase your resistances (again only limited optins with other gear and flask usage)
3) Decrease your damage by removing increased critical damage gem/passives.

BTW even then a non armor build always has problems in non reflect situations when facing foes that deal high physical damage.

Is  Rathpith Globe any good for this build?

For what it's worth, I doubt it makes sense to aim directly for this build. The thing is, there is a breaking point, somewhere around 3k ES and decent resists, where you won't die to reflects. Before that, it's kind of awful. So what I would suggest, start whatever build you want. If you try to do it earlier, it will be very disappointing, and you might end up dumping the char, because it will end up dying a lot, and not leveling up. I, for one, began as a fire witch, with tons of burning dmg. With that, you get to level 65-70. By then, you should have accumulated enough regret orbs for respec. Drop all elemental damage nodes, collect all ES and auras along the way, and then add more damage nodes as you gain additional levels. It took me something like 25 regrets (I could be wrong) for the initial respec (vaal/ci), and then I kept killing mana regen, fire damage, burn damage, and optimizing the paths. I ended up pretty much the same way the first post suggested for the witch.

I *suppose*, you could get multiple discharges triggered after you have taken a fixed amount of damage, expending the same charges, independently for each gem. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I see that you only use ES gear. Can I use armor and ES gear or does it make no difference. Will Cast When Damage Taken proc less if I have high armor?

I believed the cooldown was meant to prevent multiple gem being trigger at one, like that CwS-EK AFK build i saw a while ago. Beside, it make you only able to proc the gem supported by CwS 4 time per second.

Damage Reduction is not count as Damage Taken, you need to have a high ES pool to subtain all the damage, and pure ES gear is cheaper and have more ES then hybrid one (most of the time). And if I'm understand correctly the stun you get is proc by how heavy per hit you get (and less life ofc). So Armour/ES gears is not really a good thing though. Just an idea, would it make sense to substitute increased critical dmg in the 6-L chest for an Empower gem? Not sure if and how it affects life leech or increased criticals, or trigger gems, for that matter.

Well, you already have a +1 to the Discharge Gem in the VoidBringer. Beside a bit more life leech or bit more Crit Chance is not that much from +1/2 from Empower and by +1/2 to CwDT, if you don't have a decent amount of ES, you gonna face deadly situation when you only can proc Discharge at very low ES pool. Maybe Enhance / Inc AoE, but not Empower imo.
