Dec 8: 3h Party Turbo HC

I got home late and only managed to play the last 1h30m solo. I actually didn't have any desync issues with Brutus at all, but I only ended up being level 15.5.

Looking forward to tomorrow's solo race =D

Died at the 1:30 mark. 60+ lr and 600+ life, killed in under a second to an empty screen of ghost damage + flask fail in sins 3. Turns out i was in a euro instance with 200ish ping so the desync was that much worse when it happened, whoops! Teammate bit it seconds later, not sure if there was desync etc involved or not.

We rerolled and made lvl 22 in what time remained. 3rd place shadow in the end.

This was my first Race, and have only played 3 classes. I got the game two days ago, and decided to play a class I havn't played before. Finished 54th

Went with a Shadow Caster, focussing on ice, ran with a full six-man party with a twitch tv streamer. It was all in all alot of fun but I was a bit disappointed with a few things mainly that the people in the party we're absolutely ruthlessly selfish and took literally everything that dropped for me. I ended up using a wand I picked up at level 2 until i reached level 15. Just wow, I really would have done alot better running solo or with people who are willing to work together and communicate. This is the last time I play with random's like that.

I have one question does anyone know if our characters from this 3 hour race will get moved to the Hardcore League or are they deleted?? Thanks.

They will be moved to the regular Hardcore League.

pretty proud of the team. for our first turbo race together we hit act2 in pretty much record time and was far far ahead. the unfortunate deaths though made us reel in shock and we slowed down considerably after that because we were still recovering from the shock and we wanted to play it safely. original plan was to just farm in waterfall caves 2 till race ended but seeing as how there weren't any templars near me i decided to try and solo vaal for fun. turns out it was a good decision coz we almost got overtaken by the other party that got into cruel. thankfully i didn't die at vaal and we managed to get to cruel successfully where it was ledge grinding and we managed to maintain our lead which had grown rather slim by then.

also, best alch ever on a ring just before vaal.

Desyncs were bad this time. Twice I found myself in unexpected part of dungeon with 5% HP left.

Impressive re-leveling. Did you have anything stashed or level 22 from scratch?

I had a desync free race this time, no problems here. So much fun racing in the team races, I died early in terraces and we made a bunch of other mistakes which set us so far behind the winning team.
