Oro's Ceaseless Discharger (Spectral Throw + Cast on Crit Discharge)

It leeches from the Discharge.

If you link life leech with your discharge, then the leech comes from discharge. phys dmg is not important.
to get exalts trade items or buy for money.

It feel's more safetly, because of the instant refill from your lifepool. Go down from the beginning, because you cannot life regen. So i have +28 all res.

Little disadvantage, you cannot run maps with chaosdamage over time.

One observation... there are very few defensive nodes taken (e.g., +armor/evasion%), leading to a very squishy build...especially with Voll's and Maligaro's compounding the issue.

Any reasoning for this?

I get as much defense as I possibly can all while making the build work. If you crit, you get discharges which give you life leech. On this build as long as you are discharging you aren't taking damage. If you don't have enough crit, you can't do damage. Basically this build can't afford to get tons of defense, but I grab all the life nodes I can.

So, I tried a different approach to this build... I started with the templar tree instead of scion. This is what my build looks like:



The main differences are:

Defense
+104% Physical Damage Reduction Rating
+74% Maximum Energy Shield
-14% Maximum Life
-16% Base Chaos Damage Resistance
+16% Base Resist All Elements

Spell Damage
+20% Spell Elemental Damage
+18% Elemental Damage
-12% Spell Damage
+8% Area Damage

Crit Chance
+20% Critical Strike Chance
-120% Dagger Critical Strike Chance
+140% One Handed Melee Critical Strike Chance (the wording is critical strike chance with one handed melee weapons, so I assume this will work with Spectral Throw)

Physical Damage
-46% Physical Dagger Damage
-12% Physical Damage
-22% Accuracy Rating
-8% Dagger Accuracy Rating
-13% Attack Speed (not sure how major this is...I can see needing to make up for it somehow)

I'd love to get your thoughts... I'm trying to make this more viable for Nemesis. The two issues I see are lack of defense and lack of Vaal Pact (which, in my opinion, is too far to get).

It has, like, none of the dps nodes of your version. Also no AOE increases. So in a way, it's a more 'controlled' version.

CI, Vaal Pact. Elemental Adaptation. I'm trying to make it reliable for Hardcore so I don't die instantly to reflect.

That Dagger looks nice. Especially the crit on spell will trigger more crits from discharges which will trigger more discharges :).

Which league do you play that you got a volls Protector for just 1 chaos?
All offers i saw where for several exalts.
