Goddamn guys just cooldown, its a game. You should have fun. I like this build and I even watched Sams stream a few times and it was fun.

Getting back on topic here for a bit...

I am working on leveling up my summoner. I have everything I need for the "basic" build except the divination distillate. I'm also playing on standard while I wait for the new leagues to start.

Currently, I have a budget of about 30 ex, give or take. I'm wondering which items I should prioritize acquiring first. The items in contention seem to be:

Divination Distillate
Montregul's Grasp
2x Midnight Bargain
Sunblast
Bringer of Rain
IIR/IIQ Rares
Skullhead

I am probably not going to even attempt the 1.06 build with Shavronne's as I don't have the currency for it.

My questions are as follows:


1. Since I am on standard, I assume I should slot IIQ over IIR. Is it worth slotting both for any of the snapshotting? I assume not for mapping, but what about piety/dom farming?

2. In what order should I prioritize purchasing the above mentioned items?

I'd be giving up 70 strength, 32% life, +32 life, and 1.2% life regen for +2 zombies, +2 skeletons, +50% minion life, 3% minion life leech, 1.5% minion life regen, +10% minion life and +16% minion all resists.

Obviously these changes would be terrible for Nemesis or HC, but for a softcore league I could see the minion buffs being worth the small loss of survivability.

@stykk So why not just buy fusings ? Because it's more efficient and easier. Running lottery is actually buying time while just sitting on a PC. I could just buy all those exalteds for my alts(=fusings) from piety runs but it might be impossible. Because they know there is a chance to not get 6L but they lose no currency with running lottery afterall.

For me, 6L lottery and subscribe/donation on stream is same thing. I don't call it out as a scam actually though, I don't hate sam (actually I laughed alot for saying that AGAIN AND AGAIN ON HIS STREAM OMG TRUTH CAME OUT LOLOLOL. He knows what the real entertainment is.)

I don't hate streamers for being entertaining in their ways but I do not feel like to follow lottery streams.

BTW I played a summoner char before your account was even created. Not that it matters of course! just like all your 'original summoner' bullshit ;) God it's just so hard to realise the optimal summoner passives on your own, thank you sooooo much.
