Do you have the two healing pots as shown? My zombies do take some damage too, but I can keep them alive with my pots. (most of the time anyway, I can still loose a minion from time to time).
Yea I do have them.

Do you have the shield saffell's frame? And the necromantic aegis node in the tree? The shield makes your minions super tanky vs spell damage and gives them more resists.

And try to summon them with the chober chaber and sidhebreath equipped. After that you can switch to aurumvorax as weapon and your rarity or whatever amulet.

1) Zombies
Head into a low level zone (i recommend normal Ledge), kill some mobs by yourself, raise 5 Zombies (base level of corpses does NOT matter here)
*IMPORTANT*, snapshotting:
Put your Raise Zombie gem into your HELMET (gloves/boots/chest works, helmet is recommended if you have +2 to Minions mod),
Link them with the following:
Minion Life + 2 DPS gems of your preference (anything goes here, Added Fire, Faster Attacks, Melee Splash),
EQUIP Chober Chaber and Sidherbreath, THEN summon the Zombies, by doing this, they will have an extra 40% Minion Life bonus from Chober Chaber and 15% more from Sidherbreath. After you are finished with the summoning, UNEQUIP these items (i repeat you do NOT need to wear them to keep the bonuses), if you chose to, you may also REMOVE the support gems linked with Raise Zombie, they WILL keep the bonuses.


followed this to a t and doesnt work tooltip reflects this too,Im at the stage now I wish i didnt roll this

dont think u understand snapshotting

when you have the raise pet gear equipped and raise zombies and spectres it "snaps a screenshot" of the current stats you have and applies it to your pets the instant you raise them. Once you remove those items to equip your real gear the pets dont poof and stay up with the stats you summoned them with. The tooltip with the summoning gear on is the correct one and even if it changes your pets dont.

Pick Scion, it's better then anything else for this build if you play in a HC League, you can get the most life out of this class possible if you go summoner. (you should) Kill all bandits (i respecc'd to Normal Oak +40 when i hit lvl 85, for leveling i suggest grabbing the passive, since the build requires ~90points to function)
