[1.0.4]Scion - Incinerate Tank - Mind over Matter, EB, almost Max Block | Facetank a lot of stuff

Thank you OP, I realy love your build.
I have 3 questions here, please answer if you could. Or any pros that can help me.

1. Is Scion the most OP char to use this build, what about start with shadow or Mara/templar, there were similar builds use MOM EB Block in templer forum.

2. Is Incinerate the best one to utilize the tankness? How about freezing pulse with crit or other skills. Maybe use a different weapon but the similar tankness.

3. From my understanding the Auras you used are countering the effect of MoM. Mana reserved-less tankness. How would you balance this?

Yes you can really stack MF on this. My Incinerate char has 314% IIR atm with lowlife, though it gets a tad scary to farm outside of Merveil.

I made it work with Cyclone... Just EB, AA and Coil, but using a 2H so no block. Taking MoM and cycloning into a mob with arctic armour active will kill you since you won't have enough mana to cyclone out to safety. Trying to get more mana right now so I can stick in MoM to improve the tankiness even further.

Though with my DPS at 8.8k and things just melting in solo play. Taking MoM now probably won't kill me, but I rather play it safe, lest I have to go spend an Orb of Regret.

It's not, at least not my version of it. The least you may need is a Cloak of Flames, which may not even be required.

And I bought a Lightning Coil, 1 socket, for 2 chaos yesterday, on Domination. So it's pretty affordable I say.

I would use Faster projectiles over faster casting since the increased range helps alot.

I'm pretty sure this build is also pretty expensive? :O

None of the important uniques should be expensive, the rathpit might go up in price in the new leagues since its a map only drop but you can switch it out with a decent rare shield instead.

Cybils paw, the lightning coil and the anvil is probably what you want to get first the rest are more to make your already good character better.

1. This build is really tight on points so its not possible to make this build without big sacrifices.

2. Alot of the tankiness comes from the "+(5 to 8) Life gained for each enemy hit by your Spells" on the claw and Incinerate is the spell that works best with it.

For Freezing pulse to be as good as incinerate you need a cast time that is less than 0,1.

3. It is only really big hits like the Vaal smash that will take away lots of mana and the Vaal smash "only" takes around 800 so as long as you have over 1000 unreserved mana its good.

The auras is used to get my mana regen up so i can run Arctic Armour permanently.
