-Powerful guilds can obtain tags that appear next to their members' names in chat. This requires sacrificing a set of end-game Maps, each of which corresponds to a letter or symbol in the tag. Tags are unique and some symbols are much rarer than others.

There's a complete list of all ASCII codes HERE

To use them you just hold ALT and type in the code in the left column of the chart... if it's a 3 digit code add a 0 (zero) to the beginning. For example; the code for Å is 197 on the chart, but in order to achieve this you need to hold ALT and type 0197.
