I was questioning this node over and over. Since am using Burning miscreation as my spectre (they scale in dps with more minion life) I choose to ignore that node. I find minion damage nodes subpar I barely noticed the difference on my witch summoner.

Your build looks good, but ST being the main source of DPS(besides Spectre) I think you should also invest in some Projectile damage and attack speed nodes. Correct me if I'm mistaken but ST is main source of DPS, right?

No, am actually just using spectral throw as my 'leveling skill'. Since all my minions gems are at level 20(from my witch summoner) I have to get to level 68 without them. If your a new summoner you should start leveling and playing around with your minions right away.

Minions by mid-late game will carry themselves and will do way more damage than any spells you cast.

side note I plan to make another character for spectral throw. Its going to use Vaal pact, iron grip, ghost reaver, blood rage, es, elemental damage, frenzy, power charge, crit multiplier.

Can this



be useful with BM? Maybe coupled with arctic breath

Yeah I believe that could actually work. I know BM's burning damage support gem works. and the wording says

'Enemies chilled by you take 40% increased burning damage'

I did pick up quite a few +mana nodes. since am reserving the mana percentage wise I don't see the point of getting too much mana except for using clarity(flat mana) and manaregen for a level 20 artic armor.

Another thing: in the witch section, you can use the 3 flask nodes instead of using 2x mana + 3x int nodes

holy shit your right. Those nodes use to only work with mana flasks before this patch this is why i totally disregarded them. Thank you.
