Alright guys here is my Scion Summoner It has the same basic abilities as my witch summoner.

Build Features
"
~ Runs 3 curses (with doedres)
~ 8 Tanky zombies that is supported to deal aoe damage
~ 3 Spectre that deal high unrighteous fire aura damage
~ 3 Auras (Vitality, Purity, Clarity
~ All resist at 78%
~ Manashield 30% flat damage reduction
~ 4k+ life by map difficulty, 5k+ with good hp gear
* Increasing zombie attack speed is the best way to increase their dps. It also scales very nicely with wrath and anger. Melee splash is also a huge dps increase. If you have 8 zombies hitting a pack at once, each zombie hit will splash resulting overlapping damage.
* , This is a great item and I highly recommend it. The stat that is most important is the zombie resistance try to get as high of a roll as possible. Infernal blow with melee splash is a total killer one explosion will trigger the whole pack to die. Works nicely with your BM's and your -fire resist curses.
* Now what about sustain for your zombies? No problem. Life leach(warlords) or vitality or regen totem will sustain them through almost anything. Except certain bosses, but u can just revive more.
* I have tried 6-linking them with the tabula rasa switch but your zombies will die to certain bosses and mob types. Having them in your helm lets you revive them on the spot.
Burning Miscreation(BM)[Lunaris Temple 2] in a 5-link gear:
* These guys cast a AOE aura denoted by fireballs on top of mob's heads. It acts much like righteous fire. But their version is unrighteous fire. It seems to deal a very high flat fire damage to targets.
* Only certain things can increase their damage: Flammability, Elemental Weakness, Vulnerability, Shock Charges, EE, Minion Life, Increased Burning Damage.
* We cast 2-3(Ullr is optional) of them to increase the odds of activating the aura, indirectly increasing your damage coverage(2-3 BM's spread out), And being able to continue the map at full speed if one or two die.
* With these support gems they are even more tankier than your zombies.

For your other slots there is a ton of defensive and offensive support skills to use.
frost wall
synergies very well with this build. You can push things away using the wall, wall your self in to prevent damage, wall bosses off. The Bm's UR goes right through the wall. And if u need to we also have leap slam to jump over them. You also can get Elemental equilibrium and oh look frost wall actually does damage, perfect. Linking this to a totem works as well.
Molten shell
gives u an extra 1058*1.21=1280(inner force). Really stacks nicely with determination, grace, IR, armor nodes, Granite flasks.
Enduring Cry
+4% physical damage reduction per charge, +4% ele resistance per charge
Raise Skeleton
Great for distraction use it with a totem + faster casting
Leap slam
Link this with faster attack to travel quickly
Curses

we are going to use for 3 curses you can also replace ullr with for quadra curse.
Damage Curses
*Vulnerability - Gives you 44% more melee damage for your zombies and a 1.4* multiplier for your BM's a really nice universal curse for your two minions. Not to mention a whole load of other effects.
*Flammability - minus fire resist
*Elemental Weakness(main curse)- with a 20% Q gem, -59% resist is over powered.

Enfeeble -> Elemental Weakness -> Vulnerability
*This is the best combination of defense and offense. Enfeeble before you leapslam into a pack provides a ton of survivability, by the time BM's run into range you have just casted elemental weakness (-60fire resist), Zombies will soon follow by the time you casted Vulnerability (44% more physical and 1.4* BM's dmg).
Secondary slot, x-link Chober Chaber, sidhe breath on switch

Chober + Sidhe = 55% increased minion hp, minion hp also boosts BM's UR damage.
Flasks
I like to run 3 instant life flasks
1 granite
1 quick silver
exchange quick silver for ruby or topaz flask if your going to vs a strong boss for example temple piety.

What gems to quality first? (someone asked me this before so here u go)

So the support gems you should focus on getting 20% qual are(in order of importance for each skill):
Zombie:
1. Zombie Gem, +20% move speed and life
2. Melee Splash, +20% AOE radius
3. Faster Attack, +10% attack speed
4. Multi Strike, +10% melee damage
BM:
1. Minion life, +15% additional life
3. Increased AOE, +10 AOE radius
3. Minion res, +6 res
1. Equip Chober/Grasp + Sidhe breath->go into an easy area-> res one zombie-> that zombies kills the rest and raise 8 zombies total. Than go get your spectres->
2. I prefer grabbing 2-3x BM's(depending on whether u choose to use ullr or not) to hopefully trigger one of their UR auras faster, also useful in the event of one of them dying. Also this increases your UR aura range if both of them activate.
3. Cast your auras, Setup your hotkeys -> have fun.
Gear

For those who requested the gear I use, chober, sidhe, Grasp on switch and something use tabula rasa(for spectre experimentation)
I am going to start a scion summoner as well but for a different reason. I am going to work with the animate item skills that require strength and dex. I imagine I will get enough int through nodes but the other stats may be a little harder to get without a balanced start at scion.
Ugh guys i can't wait for the damn passive tree to come out. I suspect scion life summoners will have a pretty big life and armor advantage over witches.
i just had a funny thought, i think it would be hilarious to be able to use spectral throw with bows, cuz it gives me the thought "arrows?! who needs arrows?!?! ILL THROW MY BOW!" lol
Hmm i was thinking what about animate weapon with a totem. It should serve the same purpose as a summon skele totem. Just gotta be careful not to animate a unique or a good rare lol.
I am a long time computer gamer but real life obligations limit the amount of time I´m able to invest in PoE or other games. Guides written by skilled players like you allow me to experience much more from the game than I could if I were own my own.

The animate spell cant be used on unidentified items, so your loots are safe.
