Why I like path of exile

This game is awesome. Really.

It is crazy, and yet it makes sense: it is built on top of 3 pillars of strenght, dexterity and intelligence: the characters, the skill tree, the items, the enemies and the bosses.

It is not yet another "let's put in a lava level because Super Mario does it therefore it can't be wrong", but instead there is a valid reason behind every piece of the world and its past. Everything and everybody has a story to tell.

Then there are the races and the 4-months leagues.

Also, it is free with an anti-P2W policy: GGG is harming itself for the sake of creating an uncompromised gaming experience for everybody; by comparison, other gaming companies are intentionally crippling their game (for milking more money out of their users).
For the same reason, GGG is "facetanking" the critics about desync, while in truth it is a necessary evil for realizing their uncompromised gaming vision.

But what I like the most is the very aggressive development cycle. News every day, with new game content and layer of polish that gets added on biweekly basis. This is the reason for which I bought the exalted pack: not just for the fantastic game that is now, but for the super fantastic game that it's going to be in a few years!

No need to advertise it to us. We are already playing it.

I think everyone is just looking for threads they can QQ in. But they arent actually mad about anything, just bored. They all actually just love the game and cant get enough.
