Your Crafting Resource Guide

Well I'm not good at this but I'm trying the The Systematic Alt/Regal/Exalt and possibly Eternal Method. I have an Item like this:



- Add Physical Dmg is ok (I guess...)
- Add Cold Dmg is ok (I guess...)
- Increase % Dmg is very low

Is there a way to get the 17% increase dmg higher? (150+?). I have an exalt, and also some blessed orbs.
(or is the Item crappy? I thought these are good values for a weapon with a high dmg, just some of them too low)
I'm a noob. Playing only HC. => Deadly combination :)

You got 3 prefixes.

Squire's
Local Physical Damage +% -> 10 to 24
Local Accuracy Rating -> 3 to 7

Freezing
Local Minimum Added Cold Damage -> 19 to 26
Local Maximum Added Cold Damage -> 39 to 46

Razor Sharp
Local Minimum Added Physical Damage -> 13 to 18
Local Maximum Added Physical Damage -> 27 to 32

So there is no room for any increased % physical damage.

There is not much point in trying to socket/fuse low level items to get 4Ls. You'll find it far cheaper to just find white 4Ls and using an alch on them.

It might be a good idea to use 1 fusing orb on a 6S (white) item you find, because MIGHT get a 5L/6L, and even if you don't, you can sell the 6S to a vendor for 7 jewellers, which is still a net profit of 3 jewellers.


This is actually the worst possible advice. Why waste 1 fusing on a RANDOM white, when you could save it to 6L an actually good rare? The chance that you'll 5/6L the white item is the same as the chance that you'll 5/6L a valuable rare/unique, so why waste it?

I wouldn't spend any exalt on those rolls.

You could get
+23 attack speed
+65% Physical damage + accuracy OR +130% Physical damage
considering it has at least itemlevel of 62.

Try getting better rolls with alt+aug then it will make better sense to spend some exalts.

can someone give me advice, what steps are the best, to make a decent rare bow out of this bow.
the sockets are not the problem, i know what to do if i want to chance something.

but the rest. i do not want to lose the "50 % increased critical strike chance"

Read some more. The 50% crit is implicit.

To start, I have read the OP several times, there are however, some things I am getting confused on or simply, do not understand.

I have the following item. I know the item level is 62.



What I am trying to figure out is what is the min/max rolls the item can have.

When I list the following, I believe it has the X amount, but could achieve up to Y amount. I just need confirmation on what I believe to be correct, if it is not please correct me.

Weapon Elemental Damage

X - Catalysing | 5 to 10
Y - Empowering | 21 to 30

Bow and One Handed Elemental Damage

Fire

X - Blasting | 26 to 34 - 52 to 61
Y - Blasting | 26 to 34 - 52 to 61

Cold

X - Chilled | 5 to 7 - 10 to 12
Y - Glaciated | 19 to 25 - 39 to 45

Lightning

X - Snapping | 1 to 3 - 31 to 33
Y - Shocking | 3 to 8 - 76 to 81

Life Gained on Enemy Death

X - of Success | 2 to 4
Y - of Triumph | 8 to 11

Reduced Attribute Requirements

X - of the Apt | -32
Y - of the Apt | -32

Is the above correct?

Am I also correct in believing the Bow could be Exalted to gain another suffix mod?
