I think veterans should need atleast 50 posts and 10 posts per day but the chances of being picked increases the more you post

well thats a good point like if i get 100 post or 500 my chance gose up like an achevment

but what if all them post are just bump, :P, :D , +1 spam or someone counting to 3000 then thats just crap

it should be only posts in Developer Discussion will add to that 100 or 500 so that thay are lagit post of you helping out

i would say Suggestions too but then again you will have to deal with spam in that too. Developer Discussion you can control spam much easyer dont have to look for it
as hard

Yeah, My idea was just rough but I like this. Maybe they should just decrease the amount of warning required for ban if spamming. or if any member is increasing at abnormal rates a mod would be warned and would check it out. First warning would be a removal of post count and a slap on the wrist, second would be suspention, third would be ban. Giving no benefit to spamming as it would take just as much time as being productive. Also I agree with the idea that posts only in Suggestions, Developer Discustion, and leagues should count towards your post count.

if you say no then you are simple selfish and should not get a key

Are you not just as selfish for thinking you deserve to be in more than others?

^ Agreed.

I'm not veteran, but i agree.

I think they should "expand" the veteran critery only when all veterans get a key.

no you are a vetran in my book you may have joined this month but your very active and you have good contributins to the fourm

so as i see it you are a vetran there are just other vets who are ferther along then you and i. I think thay should get a key code first

know in a way your also right as i see we all are selfish but in diferent ways know if thnking i deserve one a bit more then someone who dont even post or just spams in forms then guilty but if some one puts in the work to help dont that have more a right then someone who has not

Yes i do Think spam is a big problem on the server but if the GGG takes time to manage the fourm more it will take time out of there bug fixing so dont ask to much of them just a few important things

thay also run a 2nd forum for bug repots that the testers post in for closed beta

personally i feel that getting into the beta is a privilege and not a right or something that should be left to chance.

I believe there should be 3 factors that must be met to make you eligable.

1. minimum 2 weeks since join date.

2. minimum say 20 posts

3. this is important to stop people just creating multiples and spamming junk to up their post count, there should be a user rating up system, i guess much like the facebook "like button" but in relation to users posts, so if you see someone that posts something usefull that contributes to the site, you can "like" their post or "thumb up" it.

every user has their rating viewable so everyone can see the members who contribute the most.

how this would relate to a requirement for beta selection, say you need atleast 10 score for "likes/thumbs up" rating to be eligable.

know the only problem i would have with is that the imature ones will just spam there frieands to help them get there up rating op or creat threds telling people to thumbs up there posts

I love the idea of picking of the beta number a little :(, so many of us want to play this game so badly! And a lot of guys getting in dosent look like they are active... I guess I Could be wrong though.
time to play some POE :)
how bout just having a faster clock? O_o'
just make it even easier, set it in a list of Most time joined with most activity. then, just go down from there. just saying it dosent seem right that someone who "got lucky" would be able to play as opposed to someone whos been waiting their life away. i know if it were me, I would most likely just start to slowly forget this game existed and begin looking for somthing i can actually enjoy my time with, rather then hope and drool over videos only arriving at the same conclusion. its like blue balls, seriously.... it hurts.

Well at least it is a good idea "at least" but like most people i have no idea myself
Can I get some water please
interesting. not sure i agree with all aspects of it, but their is a lotta logic behind it.
I'm sorry, I stopped trying to read it after the first or second paragraph. Those long-as-hell run-on sentences was terrible to my brain. Other people said it was a good idea, so I'll go with that.

Yeah... I propose a small change.

Make it 35 seconds instead of 35 minutes.
