Theres only life leech and mana leech, on rings, amulets,gloves,quivers.
You need life on everything, physical damage on rings,amulet,quiver,gloves, whever you can.
Resistances on everything.
Attack speed if you can on rings and gloves is also a good mod.

Mana leech only sustains itself when you do enough damage, you need to use a mana leech gem for frenzy and you NEED mana leech gear anyway. This is the main advantage of physical damage, it can leech just from gear.

I probably owuld exalt it, you can get a hybrid physical mod % on that bow, i would also divine it because the flat physical can go up to 32 and that is a big bonus (but that is a risk cause the nice phys % mod may go down to 110%)

Concentrated effect is the support that will give you the most dps with RoA, and as RoA levels the reduced area is canceled out pretty fast, also quality makes the area even bigger.

Concentrated effect will give you 69% more total damage at level 20, the quality on it is also one of the best as quality gems go, you will have 15% reduced mana cost at 20% quality, which potentially saves up 3 passives!

I would take a shot at exalting it to be honest, if you get a nice hybrid phys%+acc your damage will be very nice

The level of the mods only depends in item level, not the level of the type of the item, to check your item level you have to click the bow and type /itemlevel in local chat, there you can see what the item level is and what mods you can get.

And on the RoA, it seems the quality changed i think last i used it (or i might have bad memory), still by just leveling the gem you will overcome the downside of concentrated effect.
