Very excited about new content.

Now that you are watching here (I hope) I have a serious question to ask about steam integration:


I love steam, and my friends use steam, so it will be my option of choice for knowing when friends are on, so I may log in as well.
QUESTION: Will I be able to keep my (current) installation of PoE, while also installing PoE through steam. IE: Will I be able to keep both versions, and run either one without 'problems'.


I want to keep both installed till I know that steam is doing everything wonderfully, and then I may just uninstall the non steam version. Basically... will you let us know a little bit more about it?

excellent news. i think those guys deserve only success.

some things i would like to see in game:

1. Interactive Mouse/Cursor. Lets say changing to gear/sword when you can interact/attack.
2. Better map/minimap
3. Option to see party portraits all the time, not only when in the same map.
4. Buyback option from vendors
5. Better UI and some options about it, like resizing chat or moving tabs in general.
6. Info for Latency / FPS
7. Total online players in game/league/map

I hope you give us the option of pre-downloading the game like 48h prior to release, as It will take that amount of time to download with slow connections like mine.

Other than that: it's absolutely amazing.

Probably a silly question but how much is it going to cost etc? It's also going to be an awesome birthday gift to myself either way :D
