How comes frenzy affects armor?

its a talent tree each frenzy charge gives 4% evasion = iron reflex evasion= armour and with 6 charges he has 24 % increased :D @ qquno

build is almost the same and just respec the start area. i can add the melee spec later and what to respec to switch to bow.

If you lvl this build with a bow and get all the crit and crit multi notes you will prob kill yourself on a reflect pack.
Melee is more safe

Voltaxic is more for life based builds because you are safe on reflect- packs. "Chaos Dmg"
a ci build use VaalPact so you can use a phys bow wit high dps

if you wanna do a ci build i would say use a lioneyes and check deize CI build.
