You have a prefix and 2 suffixes left so if you could roll flaring on it with atkspd and something else good it'll be gg. The mod you are looking at is Electrocuting for rings/ammies, not local(weapon damage) I honestly wouldn't go for it unless there's absolutely no claws for sale, and you feel like dumping couple exalts to try and get a decent claw. I was half hoping it wasn't a good mod because I don't have the currency to craft right now, and if I did I would be too much of a perfectionist to settle for anything less than the best pDPS and crit / AS mods. Plus, I think after doing some quick math that Vaal Claw is probably the best claw for a craft if I was going to, though again I could be wrong in that aspect as well. Hey! I was wondering if you consider this build expensive? I am severely low on funding, but wanted to try something with reave in it, and the fact that you have vaal pact as well just makes me so excited to try it alll out! When I mean funding, I meant, do I need tons of currency to be able to solo maps with this build? Come from a spectral thrower, my funding to solo 66 maps is just a good 2h weapon. (as an example) there are several guys who posted here already and used this build as first char on a new league (even on hc). so i guess it works as first char but don't expect to walk on water with crappy stuff. imo you can have fun with low budget and it has great potential when you get better items.
